COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The most expensive home sale in Franklin County for 2024 rang in at $6 million, and the most expensive home sale of the year in Delaware County was just over $3.9 million. NBC4 analyzed property sale records from the Franklin and Delaware county auditors’ offices, filtering for “one family dwellings” to avoid sales of apartments, duplexes or other unrelated land purchases.
