FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man who the Fresno Police Department says was "definitely not St. Nick" was arrested after being found under a family's Christmas tree in a Fresno home Tuesday. Police say on Christmas Eve shortly before 7:30 a.m. in the 400 block of North Sabre in Fresno, officers responded to a call of a man sleeping under a Christmas tree at a residence. Officers say they found a man asleep underneath the tree inside the residence. According to police, the man in his 60s was detained without incident and arrested on suspicion of trespassing. Police say the family did not know the man. According to police, officers determined the man went through an unlocked back door.
