BARTLETT, Tenn. — Crime scene tape and police vehicles surrounded a home in Bartlett on Thursday afternoon. It appeared to wrap up as a man surrendered to police around 5 p.m. The active police presence was near the intersection of Luther Road and Ash Hill Lane. Bartlett Police said they are there on a "crisis intervention call" but have provided no further information. "Please avoid the area as we work to resolve the situation," police said.
