(CNN)– More than 10 thousand pounds of raw pork sausage ands bologna are being pulled from store shelves and restaurant kitchens.
The USDA issued two separate recall notices.
The first involved nearly 75 hundred pounds of raw pork sausage products from Baltimore-based ‘Impero Foods and Meats’.
The agency says the meat was produced without federal inspection.
The second recall affects more than 31 hundred pounds of ready-to-eat pork and bologna products from ‘Ralph’s Packing Company’.
Authorities say the items are not labeled correctly and may contain milk, a known allergen.
