BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A Ridgecrest couple was caught in a sticky situation this holiday week after they found themselves stuck together in a pair of handcuffs. After being unable to free themselves, the couple took the "walk of shame" to the police department, who were able to remove the handcuffs. Recycle your Christmas Tree at these locations throughout Kern County Ridgecrest police would like to remind the community that "cuffing season" does not mean putting actual handcuffs on your significant other. Some traditions are better left to the imagination. No injuries were reported.
