Syracuse, N.Y. — Utica police have arrested a man they say stole more than 30 pairs of sunglasses from an outdoors retailer last fall.Police said Richard Brown, 47, of Utica, was seen on surveillance video going into the Bass Pro Shops store in Utica on Oct. 21. He immediately began grabbing pairs of sunglasses valued at nearly $6,300 and putting them into a bag, then leaving the store without paying. Video cameras also captured a view of the vehicle Brown was using.
