NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A car slammed into three parked cars, pushing one into a home on Fruit Hill Avenue in North Providence on Christmas Day. Chief Alfredo Ruggiero said no one was injured but the home and car were significantly damaged. The 17-year-old driver hit the accelerator instead of the brakes, Ruggiero said.
