Stafford County deputies arrest repeat DUI offender

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Deputies in Stafford County arrested a man with repeat DUI offenses just days before Christmas.
The Stafford County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) said in a post that on Dec. 23, deputies responded to an overturned car at Brooke Road and Eskimo Hill Road around 2:15 a.m.

Man killed in crash on Christmas Day in Prince George’s County identified
The driver, 34-year-old Julio Villegas, was arrested after he showed signs of intoxication.
The responding deputy discovered that this was Villegas' fourth DUI offense in the past 10 years.
He was held without bond and charged with fourth offense DUI, driving revoked, reckless driving, obstruction and driving after forfeiture of license.
