STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Deputies in Stafford County arrested a man with repeat DUI offenses just days before Christmas. The responding deputy discovered that this was Villegas' fourth DUI offense in the past 10 years. He was held without bond and charged with fourth offense DUI, driving revoked, reckless driving, obstruction and driving after forfeiture of license.
