(KRON) -- A 78-year-old woman who went missing Tuesday evening in Santa Rosa was found safe, the Santa Rosa Police Department announced just before 11 a.m. on Wednesday. The woman was last seen leaving The Vineyard at Fountaingrove Memory Care, located at 200 Fountaingrove Parkway, at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday before being found Wednesday. In an overnight update posted at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, authorities said a search and rescue team was sent out to search for the woman. "Thank you to everyone involved in the search," Santa Rosa PD said.
