MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man is spending the holidays behind bars after police say he carjacked a delivery driver at a Midtown CVS Pharmacy on Christmas Eve and stole her vehicle containing over $100,000 in medicine.
According to reports, at just after 7 a.m., a delivery driver pulled her van up and parked at 2115 Union Avenue. Two men then walked up to her window, pointed guns at her, and said "Drop it off, give me your phone."
The victim said one of the suspects jumped into the van and drove off with everything inside. The other suspect ran away on foot with her phone.

She told police the van contained scheduled and over-the-counter drugs which she was delivering to the pharmacy, and the medicine was valued at over $100,000.
Soon after the theft, officers found the van left unoccupied at Florence and Linden. Reports say the pharmaceutical company was made aware that the drugs were located in the 1900 block of Nellie Road.
When officers arrived at the home on Nellie, two men were seen unloading stolen pharmaceutical totes from a red Cadillac CTS that was parked in front of the house.
One man, identified as 27-year-old Javorian Miller, was taken into custody on the scene. He was charged with Carjacking, Aggravated Robbery, and Employment of a Firearm during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.

Police say Miller admitted to taking part in the robbery "to get some money." Additional stolen pharmaceutical totes were found in the backseat of his 2015 Buick.
Records show Miller was also wanted for a robbery at a Summer Avenue Walgreens on November 29, where several totes of medicine were stolen from a delivery driver at gunpoint.
He allegedly admitted to participating in the Walgreen robbery as well.
Miller's bond has not been set.
