ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – 11 vehicles were broken into near Parklawn Apartments on Park Avenue Christmas morning, Police confirm. According to RPD, officers responded to the area around 5:00 a.m. and found 11 vehicles with broken out windows. RPD said the suspect left the area before police arrived, and due to the time of the call many of the vehicle owners could not be found to confirm if any items were stolen.
