Grocery stores like Stop & Shop, Big Y, and Price Rite will be closed. Liquor stores are also closed on Christmas. Banks, post offices, shipping services, and the stock market will also be closed for the holiday. Looking at what's open on Christmas, some pharmacies that are open 24 hours will be open, but the majority will be closed. It's best to look at the hours of the pharmacy that you go to. Most Chinese restaurants remain open on Christmas, making them some of the only restaurants open. Movie theaters may also be open, as many people go to watch Christmas movies.
