ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Brayden Stedman was the difference maker in Churchville-Chili's game against Irondequoit on Friday night, lifting the Saints to their first win of the season.
As Churchville-Chili trailed 51-48 with seconds left in the fourth quarter, the sophomore guard hit a three-point shot as time expired to send the game to overtime.
Tied 55-55 with .7 seconds left in overtime, Stedman came in clutch again, hitting the game-winning shot from beyond the arc.
His performance tops this week's Section V Best. Williamson's Madyson Storey, Ares Miller of Aquinas, Alexander's Dylan Pohl and Aaliviah Green of Eastridge also make this week's list.
