Man arrested after stealing mannequin from Visalia store

VISALIA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A man was arrested after allegedly using a bat to break in at Beatwear in Visalia Tuesday, the city's police department said.
Police say at 6:25 a.m. Tuesday, they responded to a commercial burglary at Beatwear, located at 411 W. Main St., in Visalia.
Officers say they discovered that a man riding a skateboard used a bat to break the store's entry glass window.
Police say several items of clothing and a mannequin were stolen.
According to police, the owners of the store provided video footage that helped identify the suspect by his clothing.
Police say after searching the area and following several leads, officers found 26-year-old Jordan McKnight just a few blocks away.
According to police, McKnight matched the description from the video and led officers to the stolen items, which were recovered.
McKnight was arrested and will be booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on suspicion of charges of commercial burglary.
