A Few Flakes For Christmas Eve!
Dec 24, 2024
We’re getting an early Christmas gift from Mother Nature this year in the form of some snow showers! Expect the flakes to come down until around 11:00/11:30 AM or so, as well as a mushy rain/snow mix for many along the coast. It’ll be a beautiful, festive way to set the holiday scene, but it could also lead to some trouble on the roads. Make sure you’re being careful behind the wheel, and The afternoon will be a totally different story, with clouds parting, leaving us with sunshine before the day is over. High temperatures will be in the mid 30s.
Tonight will be calm and mostly clear- PERFECT weather for the man in red to come around! Temperatures will be in the upper teens and low 20s.
Christmas Day looks beautiful: the epitome of winter, with a little snow left on the ground (at least for some in northern RI and northern Bristol County, MA), beautiful sunshine, and temperatures in the low to mid 30s. As the sun sets and Hanukkah begins, the weather stays calm and partly cloudy. Temperatures overnight will dip into the low 20s.
Thursday begins a warming trend as temperatures climb to the upper 30s and the sun sticks around. We’ll increase a few degrees day-by-day, until we’re finally in the mid 40s on Sunday!
Have a wonderful holiday week!
