ROCHESTER, NY (WROC) - After starting the morning at 0° (Rochester's coldest air in almost 2 years), we're taking a run at the freezing mark this evening. This is in spite of the fact it probably doesn't snow at all. Warmer weather will build from here as an extended that takes over WNY. 8-Day Forecast
