GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A woman who was at the Food Lion on Lawndale Drive where an officer was involved in a shooting called FOX8 to recount what she witnessed.
There is currently a large police presence at the Food Lion. Police say the shooting involved an officer and took place inside the store.
Ramona Miller says she was shopping with her six-year-old granddaughter at the Food Lion when the shots rang out.

"We were on our way out and I was purchasing a lottery ticket and I was just sitting there and heard a 'pop-pop' and then 'pop-pop-pop', I think I heard five shots," Miller said. "At first I didn't know it was a shooting..... but an employee yelled out 'shooting! shooting!'"
Miller says she and her granddaughter then left the store and got in their car. The police had already arrived by that time.
