Herrell's in Northampton wins Spectrum Award for excellence in customer service

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Herrell's Ice Cream in Northampton was the recipient of this year's Spectrum Award, recognized for excellent customer service and value to the community.
The Spectrum Award is awarded to a business annually by City Beat News, which collects data from local blogs, social media, and business ratings to see which companies customers like best in the area.

Herrell's Ice Cream was founded in 1980 and has committed itself to using sustainable farming practices within its ingredients. The company makes over 400 flavors on-site, including "No-Moo" dairy-free frozen desserts.
