NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — It's the holiday season, and that means it is teatime.

It's a tradition, and the address is a classic New Orleans hotel.
The Roosevelt's lobby is also a classic this time of year.
The trees filled with lights are the perfect place to take holiday photos.

There are 112,000 lights, 46 Christmas trees, 1,600 feet of garland, 4,000 glass ornaments and one chocolate alligator.
It took 80 hours for the hotel pastry chef to create Alvin the Alligator.
Please don't feed him. Or eat him.
He is Alvin the Alligator.
