HIGHTSTOWN — The inaugural edition of the CVC/Shore Invitational at Hightstown High School ended in a 5-all tie after the CVC won three of the four games on Sunday afternoon. Hightstown, Ewing and Robbinsville were all victorious, joining Notre Dame and West Windsor North for the five CVC victories. The Shore Conference won four of the six games on Saturday. Robbinsville 71, Matawan 57 Marcus Rodolphe scored 22 points, Tyler Bunnell added 19 and the Ravens (3-1) beat the Huskies (0-3) for their third straight win. Ewing 61, College Achieve Asbury Park 54 Terrance Traylor had 10 of his 16 points at the free throw line, Joel Cineus added 14 and Michael Uphsur tallied 11 for the Blue Devils (2-1) in a victory over College Achieve Asbury Park (3-3). Hightstown 51, Middletown North 39 The host Rams (3-1) got their third straight victory by beating the Lions (1-2) in the finale of the Invitational. Howell 71, Hamilton West 30 Cayden Parker and Mark Fagan had 13 points each, Peter Barkauskas and Joe Vella scored 12 each and the Rebels (1-1) dispatched the winless Hornets (0-4). Karelle Miller led Hamilton with 12 points.
