COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- This week on The Spectrum:  Sen. Sherrod Brown says goodbye to Washington, but not to politics. The outgoing Ohio Senator sits down to look back at his 40 years of public service and offer a look at what's next.  Legislators at the Ohio Statehouse took things down to the wire, wrapping up a late-night session to pass legislation before the end of the General Assembly. See what bills are headed to Gov. Mike DeWine's desk.  One piece of legislation that didn't pass the Statehouse was an increase to the police pension fund, which would have required municipalities to foot the bill and bring the percentage in line with that of firefighters. See where the measure stands and what it means for the future of the fund.  Democratic strategist Dale Butland and Republican strategist Mike Gonidakis take a look at what Brown's legacy may be and discuss the legislation that did and did not pass this session at the statehouse.
