A woman was killed and a man and three children injured in a one-vehicle crash in West Garfield Park on Sunday afternoon, Chicago police said. A Lexus SUV going westbound struck a pole in the 4300 block of West Lake Street at 1:27 p.m., police said. A 30-year-old woman was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she later died.Three children — ages 11, 13 and 15 — were taken to Stroger Hospital, and a man, whose age wasn't known, was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital; all four were in serious condition, police said. No citations have been issued.
