(KRON) – The San Francisco Police Department has cleared the situation on Harrison Street between 19th and 20th, where they earlier asked the public to avoid the area due to police activity.
At 8:59 a.m. on Saturday, San Francisco police officers responded to the 3100 block of 20th Street for the report of a burglary.

Responding officers made contact with the suspect. Police said the suspect may have been “experiencing a mental health emergency.”
The department’s Hostage Negotiation Team and Specialists were on the scene, and SFPD asked residents to refrain from the area.
In an update at about 1:10 p.m., AlertSF said the situation had been resolved.
