HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - Springfield Police Captain Brian Keenan will be sworn in as Holyoke's police chief next month.Keenan previously served with the Springfield Police Department for nearly 30 years and eight as captain. Former Holyoke police chief, David Pratt retired back in July. The public is invited to the Oath of Office ceremony that will take place in the ballroom at the Holyoke City Hall on January 7th at 11a.m.
