(KRON) – The San Francisco Police Department asks the public to avoid the area of Harrison Street between 19th and 20th streets due to police activity. At 8:59 a.m. on Saturday, San Francisco police officers responded to the 3100 block of 20th Street for the report of a burglary. SSFPD provides details on adult trespasser who entered high school classroom  Responding officers made contact with the suspect. Police said the suspect may have been “experiencing a mental health emergency.” The department’s Hostage Negotiation Team and Specialists are on the scene.  SFPD asks residents to refrain from the area. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SFPD at 415-575-4444 or text a tip to TIP411 and begin the message with SFPD.
