(PUEBLO, Colo.) — The Pueblo Police Department (PPD) is asking for the public's help in finding a missing senior who was last seen Saturday morning near Donley Park in Pueblo. According to PPD, 63-year-old Richard Palacio Sr. was last seen around 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 21 near the corner of West 16th Street and Lambert Avenue. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black hat, blue jeans, and brown cowboy boots, and carrying a camouflage bag. If anyone has any information on his location, they are asked to call PPD at (719) 553-2502 or call 911.
