The preliminary investigation at the scene revealed July Jindra was driving westbound on Adams St when the vehicle drove into the north side ditch and traveled a short distance before it reentered the roadway. The vehicle appears to have lost control and slid to the south side of Adams St where the vehicle rolled at least once into a field. Eagle Fire and Rescue transported the driver to CHI Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.  He was not wearing a seat belt and alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
