Suspect accused of accessory after murder in death of WinstonSalem man

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Another suspect has been charged and arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Winston-Salem.
John Rashaad Dunbar, 32, was arrested on a charge of felony accessory after the fact. He is the second man to be charged after Kivaughn Stacker, 29, was taken into custody on charges of felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony murder and misdemeanor resist, delay and obstruct an officer.

At around 5:49 a.m. on Dec. 13, Winston-Salem police responded to a shooting on the 3100 block of Indiana Avenue and found one person suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim, Jeremy Obrien McClure, 39, of Winston-Salem, died due to his injuries.
On Tuesday night, WSPD's SWAT team, Gun Crime Reduction Unit, Criminal Investigation Division and Gang Unit conducted a search warrant at an apartment on the 700 block of Ferrell Court. As a result of that search warrant, Stacker was arrested and given no bond.

On Friday, SWAT and the US Marshals searched an address on the 2600 block of Toddler Place Drive where they arrested Dunbar. He received a $250,000 secured bond.
