WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Another suspect has been charged and arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Winston-Salem. John Rashaad Dunbar, 32, was arrested on a charge of felony accessory after the fact. He is the second man to be charged after Kivaughn Stacker, 29, was taken into custody on charges of felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony murder and misdemeanor resist, delay and obstruct an officer. Arrest made in October assault of ‘beloved’ WS/FCS bus driver, police say At around 5:49 a.m. on Dec. 13, Winston-Salem police responded to a shooting on the 3100 block of Indiana Avenue and found one person suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim, Jeremy Obrien McClure, 39, of Winston-Salem, died due to his injuries. On Tuesday night, WSPD's SWAT team, Gun Crime Reduction Unit, Criminal Investigation Division and Gang Unit conducted a search warrant at an apartment on the 700 block of Ferrell Court. As a result of that search warrant, Stacker was arrested and given no bond.
