ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Local families in need got some big help ahead of the holidays. Merrill Lynch of New Mexico and its parent company, Bank of Albuquerque took 50 meals to the TenderLove Community Center on Friday morning. The facility provides free housing, job training, and other services to help people get out of homelessness. 12 Albuquerque pickleball and tennis courts now have new playing surfaces Merrill Lynch also brought toys for the children. "All the kids and grandchildren of our clients, they are always looking forward to a day like this because they know that they can get gifts, you know from us that on Christmas day they can easily open," said CEO Debbie Johnson, TenderLove program. Bank of America has provided aid to TenderLove for the past three years.
