He would then release three more albums, 1994's Boomtown, 1996's Blue Moon, and 1997's Dream Walkin'. All four albums produced several Top Ten singles and earned Gold or higher certification. His debut single, "Should've Been a Cowboy," became the most-played country song of the 1990s.More about Toby >>> Jimmy EconomouJimmy Economou owned Coney Island Hot Weiners Shop, which was started by his father in 1926. He passed away at the age of 93. He was known for giving immigrants opportunities to honor his parents, who had immigrated from Greece. Gave them a leg up, Jimmys sister, Georgia Tsilekas, said.
