RINCON, Ga. (WSAV) - The Effingham County's Sheriff's Office (ECSO) and Rincon Police Department (RPD) responded on Friday evening to a crash involving five vehicles on Brentwood Drive and Highway 21. RPD reports that some drivers sustained serious injuries and a Critical Care helicopter was flown onto the scene. Traffic is being rerouted to Lisa Street at this time. ECSO says drivers in the area should expect delays. This is a developing story and WSAV will provide updates as soon as they are available.
