MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man was arrested and accused of attacking a 71-year-old man on Tuesday. Pierre Nelson, 50, is charged with Domestic Assault and Abuse of an Elderly/Vulnerable adult 70+. Pierre Nelson (Photo courtesy of the SCSO) Reports say just before 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Memphis Police responded to the 2400 block of Ketchum Cove. A 71-year-old man told police that while he was sitting in the living room of his house, Pierre Nelson approached him and hit him in the face repeatedly. When the victim tried to run from Nelson, he caught the back of the man's collar and allegedly threw him out the front door and onto the ground. Nelson is being held on a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear back in court on Monday morning.
