Death investigation underway in Little Chute, woman pronounced dead after medical call

LITTLE CHUTE, Wis. (WFRV) - Officers with the Fox Valley Metro Police Department have launched a death investigation after responding to a medical call early Friday morning.
According to a release, officers were sent to a residence in the 700 block of Monroe Street in Little Chute for a "medical call for service" around 3:20 a.m. on December 20.

When authorities arrived they found a woman suffering from 'critical injuries.' Despite life-saving measures, the woman was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Officers are treating the incident as a death investigation. It was noted that it is believed to be an isolated incident.
