‘Most Wanted’ fugitives for week of Dec. 20, 2024

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.

Esther Villescas: Age 31; 5-foot-3; 140 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; driving while intoxicated; no bond.
Sergio Arturo Correa Moya: Age 35; 5-foot-8; 175 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; cruelty to non-livestock animal: kill/poison/serious bodily injury; no bond.

Oniel Lopes: Age 34; 5-foot-9; 145 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for criminal mischief destroying school; $50,000 bond.
Devin Kharese Robbins: Age 24; wanted for robbery; $10,000 bond.
Arnold Hector Romero: Age 53; 5-foot-11; 210 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault on a family/household member with previous conviction; $32,700 bond.
Devon Nathaniel Favela: Age 20; 6-foot; 178 pounds; wanted for assault on a family/house member impeding breath/circulation; $101,000 bond.
Sergio Aguero: Age 48; 6-foot; 240 pounds; black hair and black eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated or more; $25,000 bond.
