BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A fire rampaged through a building in downtown Bakersfield yet again. The Fountain plaza building, located on 18th and D Streets, has caught fire multiple times over the years. The fire broke out around 3:30 a.m. Friday.
