The northbound lanes of I-75 have been reopened just south of the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway after a jackknifed semi truck blocked the interstate. Video showed the truck was blocking all highway lanes and appeared to be stuck. The left lane on southbound I-75 was also briefly blocked by police because of debris from the concrete median, but all southbound lanes have since reopened.
