Focuz Lounge to close temporarily following quadruple shooting
On August 4, Memphis Police say a man and a woman walked out of the nightclub before three men started following them. Two of the three men have been identified as Frank Clemons and Christopher Walls.
MPD says Clemons was seen holding a gun to his side and then firing shots at the male and female victim as they hid behind vehicles. Walls was also reportedly seen firing multiple shots at the male and female victim.
Witnesses at the club told WREG that the shooting stemmed from a fight.
That is when police say gunshots went through the building and outdoor sitting area where several people, including the shooting victims, were located.
Clemons, Walls, and the unidentified third person left the scene in a white Dodge Charger that officers say was registered to Clemons.
