WILSON, N.C. (WNCN) — The suspect wanted in connection with a deadly shooting in Wilson on Dec. 10 was found and arrested in Philadelphia Wednesday, according to the Wilson Police Department. Police said the shooting was reported in the 1000 block of Tarboro Street and resulted in the death of 24-year-old Joshua Angelo Chandler of Wilson. Man wanted for murder in shooting death of 24-year-old in North Carolina The day after the shooting, police said they obtained a warrant on 24-year-old Delexas Tykeem Williams of Wilson to charge him with murder. According to Wilson police, Williams was taken into custody in Philadelphia. He is being held in Pennsylvania, pending his extradition back to Wilson. Police said they also obtained a warrant on 27-year-old Kayla Nicole Armstrong for accessory after the fact. Armstrong turned herself in on Monday and was given no bond.
