FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The big man in red and and his jolly helpers have made their way to Gigi's Playhouse on Friday, ready to spread some joy. Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and two elves, all with Down syndrome, will be giving out hundreds of presents to community members. Executive Director Holly Tonak said she advises community members to call Gigi's Playhouse, 260-482-7529, before coming to ensure gifts are still available. Donations were made by Women United For Progress Allen County WUFPAC and Santa's Soldiers. The giveaway runs from noon until 4 p.m. at Gigi's Playhouse Fort Wayne located on 6081 N Clinton St. No sign-up is required and all are welcome.
