FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- The driver involved in a fatal crash last month was charged with involuntary manslaughter on Wednesday, police said. The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) said officers responded to the single-vehicle crash at around 2:40 a.m. on Nov. 23. A BMW was speeding in the area of Fairfax County Parkway and Elden Street when the driver lost control, flipping the car before it came to a stop. The passenger, 23-year-old Tina Habibi, was taken to the hospital where she died.
