ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester Police have blocked off the front of a building on Emerson Street after a truck crashed into the building Thursday night. RPD said officers responded to the area on Emerson Street near Dewey Avenue around 9:37 p.m. and found that an unoccupied building in the area had been hit by a truck. According to RPD, the 28-year-old driver from Medina was found at the scene and evaluated. Charges related to this crash are "being contemplated". This is still an ongoing investigation.
