Driver injured after car hit townhome on Preservation Trail in Webster

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – One person is injured after a car hit a townhome on Preservation Trail in Webster Thursday evening.
Crews in Webster responded to the scene around 5:00 p.m. and removed the driver from the vehicle where he was transported to a nearby hospital.
Officials note that residents were in the home at the time of the collision, and they were not injured. The people inside were later able to exit the home safely.

There is no official word on the extent of the driver's injuries, and whether or not drugs or alcohol were a factor in this crash. Police have yet to confirm any charges related to this incident.
