HONOLULU (KHON2) -- Investigators from the NTSB arrived in Honolulu and are expected to provide a briefing on Tuesdayʻs plane crash that killed two pilots. Inouye International Airport after the pilots reported a control anomaly shortly after taking off, according to the FAA. Preston Kaluhiwa, 26, and Hiram Defries, 22, both died during the training flight when their Cessna 208 crashed into an abandoned building near the airport.
