ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) - Bellin Health partnered with the American Red Cross on Thursday to host a blood drive, addressing the critical need for blood during the holiday season. Every two seconds, someone in the United States requires blood, and donors are especially encouraged to give if they have O-negative blood, which is universally compatible. The need for blood is constant, and it's so important to get out and donate," said Ryan Blackmore, Bellin Laboratory Team Leader. Bellin Health emphasized that the donation process takes less than an hour, offering a quick and impactful way to help save lives.
