COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The South Carolina Department of Public Health wants to make sure your kids don’t find anything dangerous under the tree this year.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission there were 10 toy related deaths in 2023 and more than 200 thousand injuries.
That State Health Department has some tips to make sure the toys your child receives are as safe as possible.
They say make sure all toys are age appropriate, and to also watch out for small parts that could be a choking hazard.
