BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A man found guilty of exposing himself to a woman pushing her daughter in a stroller at Panorama Park was sentenced to six months' time served and was no longer listed in Lerdo Jail as of late Thursday morning. Timothy Kensavath, 24, also was ordered to register as a sex offender, prosecutors said. The woman who reported the August incident identified Kensavath from a photo lineup, according to court documents. Newsom declares State of Emergency due to bird flu Kensavath previously was convicted of a sex crime. In April 2023, he pleaded no contest to groping a 14-year-old girl as she walked home from Freedom Middle School with a friend. He was sentenced to two years in prison.
