HUTCHINSON, Kan. (KSNW) -- One person is dead following a rollover crash just outside of Hutchinson. Deputies were called to the report of a crash at 56th Ave. and Plum Street north of Hutchinson shortly after 3:15 a.m. Thursday. When they arrived, they found a vehicle in the northeast ditch on its side. The driver had been ejected from the car. Life-saving measures were not successful, and they were pronounced dead at the scene. Truck crashes into restaurant in Historic Delano, driver arrested The sheriff's office says they believe the car was driving south on Plum and failed to negotiate the curve approaching the roundabout. The vehicle hit a culvert, went airborne, rolled and ejected the driver. No identification was found on the body, and they are still trying to determine who they were. Hutchinson Police assisted deputies, along with Hutchinson Fire and Reno County EMS. No other vehicles were involved, and no other injuries were reported.
