Rochester adopts Good Cause Eviction protections

Rochester, N.Y. — The Rochester City Council adopted Good Cause Eviction Protections on Tuesday, making it the largest city in Upstate New York to do so, according to the Democrat and Chronicle.The protections will go into effect for the city’s 100,000 renters once Rochester’s mayor signs the law, the Democrat and Chronicle said.
