While a high-pressure system will aloft over the Borderland, sunny skies and light winds will linger with winds ranging around 5 mph northeast and slightly pick up to 10 mph tonight. The morning will continue to be cold, but temperatures will slowly rise in the upper 50s before noon. However, expect temperatures to drop in the low 40s with clear skies tonight.
