file photo   RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has identified the victim of a house fire, said the coroner’s office. The fire happened at a home on Beaverbrook Road on Friday, December 13. Coroner Rutherford says the victim was identified as 65-year-old Ricky Hall, of Columbia. “We will continue working with the Richland County Fire Marshal’s Office to fully investigate this fire.” Coroner Rutherford states.
